• Engagement Consultation

• Up to eight hours of consultation over one year

• Preferred Vendor and Venue List with contact information

• Unlimited phone and email questions

• 10% discount on additional services (Website, Stylist, etc.)

 

Day-Of Coordinator Package - $3,500

For the couple who needs assistance only on their wedding day.

• Engagement Consultation

• Ten hours of day-of event support as a Wedding Director

• Up to four hours of pre-event management and planning

• Unlimited basic questions through phone or email

• Event Run of Show creation

• Day-of Timeline management

• Day-of vendor management

• Day-of emergency basics kit

• One visit to wedding location 1-2 weeks prior to event

• Assistance with wardrobe

• 10% discount on additional pre-wedding event assistance

 

Full Coordination Package - $4,500

For the couple who wants all the details handled.

• Includes everything from the above packages

• Assistance with wedding rehearsal

• Complete Wedding Planning Binder and Day of Emergency Kit

• Management of all vendors, show flow, and wedding party

 

Additional Hourly Consultation - $30 per hour

Remote or In-person consultations for working through tricky details.
